Previous Experience:
- 15 years experience in facility engineering, operations, activation and modification
- Previous security clearance is a must
- Launch base processing and operations management is desirable
- Former military service and high computer literacy are pluses

Responsibilities -
Provide space allocation to accommodate planned corporate growth/headcount. Responsible for integrity of space planning
And occupancy related data in CAFM system working with customer planners and space planners.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of space allocation planning preferably with pharmaceutical/biotech/chemical companies.
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management, or Business Administration.
- 5 years corporate facilities space planning.
- Strong knowledge of CAFM applications (Archibus a plus)
- Organized detailed oriented and self motivated.
- Excellent problem solving skills with ability to working with tight deadlines and ambiguity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office.
