About Us

The California Central Coast Chapter, chartered in January 1996, has over 40 members from Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. We a friendly group that likes to connect and support each other in facility management.

Events include lunch, dinner, and happy hour meetings, informational presentations, social activities, and networking opportunities.

Presentations and workshops have included strategic planning, design, ergonomics, ADA, design/build, energy management, benchmarking, airport renovations, maintenance management, and CAFM systems highlighted by presentations from knowledgeable guest speakers.

Tours have included county jails, solar panel facilities, high-rise hotel buildings, green buildings, wineries, and concert halls.
